Enedis

Enedis is the French electricity network manager. The endpoint will allow you to collect data from your general electricity meter.

There are three levels of communicability for a linky meter.
The process that determines this level of communicability is an internal Enedis process described below: 

• Points not open to services
  The “not open to services” level concerns non-communicating points: CBE / CBEM / non-metered, but also Linky points installed en masse or in saturation or diffuse that have not yet been reconciled, and are therefore non-communicating.
• Linky point open to level 1 services
  – Remote reading
  – Remote operation
  – Programming of distributor and supplier grids
  – Mobile period for EJP and TEMPO
• Linky point open to level 2 services
  Open to Level 1 services +
  – Free calendar subscription
  – New services (load curve activation, etc)
  – Track your consumption in the customer area

How to create the Enedis endpoint

On the endpoints menu, click on the new button to display the list of endpoints, and scroll down to find the enedis endpoint in the "other" category:

Clicking on the enedis will display a new form that will need to be filled out: 

The configuration consists of the following fields:

• Information
  • Name: name of the endpoint to be displayed
  • Description: description of the endpoint to be displayed
  • Toggle "I declare that I am not the titular of the PDL declared": This toggle needs to be checked if you are an integrator, monitoring a PDL for a customer (titular of the PDL).
• Information concerning the titular's company
  • Type: Select the right type of company, available values [Company, Community, PEIC, Association]
  • Legal form: Enter the legal form of the titular company
  • SIRET number: Enter the SIRET number of the titular company
  • NAF code: Enter the NAF code of the titular company
  • Company name: Enter the company name
  • Trade name: Enter the trade name of the company (if it doesn't exist, type the company name in this field)
  • Address, City, Postal code: Postal address of the company
• Information concerning the titular
  • Gender: gender of the titular
  • First name: first name of the titular
  • Last name: last name of the titular
  • email: email address of the titular used to receive the DocuSign form (if the toggle is unchecked)
  • phone number: phone number of the titular

All information entered in the specified fields must be accurately provided. Iothink shall not be held liable for any interruptions in the data stream caused by ENEDIS resulting from errors or incorrect settings.

Once everything is filled out, you can proceed to the next step on the endpoint creation.

[Option] If you are not the titular of the PDL

if you are the titular, jump to the next title.

You must have put the toggle on the form. When you proceed to the next step, it will open another form asking you to enter your own details:

• Information concerning the intermediary's company
  • Type: Select the right type of company, available values [Company, Community, PEIC, Association]
  • Legal form: Enter the legal form of the intermediary company
  • SIRET number: Enter the SIRET number of the intermediary company
  • NAF code: Enter the NAF code of the intermediary company
  • Company name: Enter the company name
  • Trade name: Enter the trade name of the company (if it doesn't exist, type the company name in this field)
  • Address, City, Postal code: Postal address of the company
• Information concerning the intermediary
  • Gender: gender of the intermediary 
  • First name: first name of the intermediary 
  • Last name: last name of the intermediary 
  • email: email address of the intermediary used to receive the DocuSign form (if the toggle is unchecked)
  • phone number: phone number of the intermediary 
• Consent
  • You need to import the consent file signed between your company and the titular's company in a PDF format.

Finishing up the configuration of the PDL

After filling the form, you will have a new window asking you for the configuration of the Enedis endpoint for data retrieval: 

You can toggle the different options made available by ENEDIS: 

• Technical & contractual data
• Load curve history
• History of maximum daily power (kVA / kWh)
• Measurement history (kWh)
• History of daily meter readings (kWh)

You need to select the duration for the authorisation of data retrieval, available period:

• 12 months
• 24 months
• 36 months

Once you have made your configuration, you can go to the next step. A new window will open asking you to import your PDL list. The file format is pdl list (CSV file) 
 

A PDL (Delivery point) is represented by a name, an address and a PDL reference (16 digits). 
Note: if you notice that your PDL reference is not making 16 digits, you need to add zeros in front of your reference. Be careful about updating the file with Excel, as it does not save zeros in front of a numerical value.

Once you have imported your PDL and no errors are showing. You can validate the endpoint creation. An overview of all your settings is displayed, and you are asked to confirm the configuration. 

When the endpoint is created, it will send a DocuSign email to the titular or the intermediary.

Until the DocuSign is filled out, no data will be coming onto the endpoint. 

You can click on the send button if you need to resend the DocuSign letter.

Click on "review documents" button to access DocuSign. 

You need to agree to use electronic records and signature : 

Then the PDF file will be displayed with all the required information. 

Scroll down to the last page to sign the document and validate

Once signed, your endpoint will be retrieving data on the next day. 

How it works 

PDL data is made available by Enedis every day from 10 am. They correspond to the previous day. Example: Data available from 18/07 00:00:00 to 18/07 23:59:59 on 19/07 at 10 am.
Please note that it takes several hours on average to retrieve the data made available due to the heavy load of requests received by ENEDIS servers through their APIs (this is, of course, beyond our control).

The data retrieved are related to each PDL and can be a bit different function on the subscribed power :

• Under 36kVA :
  • Contractual and technical data about the PDL
  • Consumption of the day
  • Daily index and max power (only Linky meter)
  • Historical load power (step of 30 minutes only, Linky meter)
• Above 36kVA :
  • Contractual and technical data about the PDL
  • Consumption of the day
  • Daily max power
  • Historical load power (step of 10 minutes ICE, PME-PMI, SAPHIR)

How to use the public model

For Studio users only

On the public library, you can search for the model named "[022] ELECTRICAL METERING - ENEDIS": 

Duplicate it, and then you can directly publish it onto a new application without updating anything. You can then deploy this digital model on each PDL.
